Why is there such a high demand for horror stories?

The most popular horror stories of the year, like the “Halloween” series, have always been about creepy monsters, monsters from outer space and other supernatural creatures.

But that’s not how games like the upcoming “The Darkness” are being marketed.

Instead, developers are focusing on a very different type of horror story: stories about a group of people who have gone insane.

They’re also using the new generation of consoles, with high-definition screens, that are increasingly becoming the norm.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the demand for these types of stories has been so great, in fact, that publishers are beginning to look at ways to make the genre more appealing to new audiences. 

As part of its latest earnings call, the gaming company Activision Blizzard also announced that the company is working on a “horror game” for consoles. 

“Our first title will be a VR experience that will take you through a world that will not be easy to describe, as it’s a world of mystery, danger, fear and loss,” the company wrote. 

The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. 

For the uninitiated, a horror game is a game that tells a story that is more than the sum of its parts.

In other words, it tells a fictionalized version of a real-life event that can be terrifying to the uninformed, but also fun to play. 

Hackers are currently using their skills to create stories about real people that are living in a fictional universe, or worlds, and the stories are called “horrific” stories.

“The Dark Side” is one such story.

According the New York Times, the story follows a group who, in their 20s, decide to start an underground community.

The story focuses on the young people’s experiences of being the new residents of the town, as well as the group’s growing isolation and loneliness. 

Horror games like this are usually set in a world with a supernatural element, but this one isn’t.

Instead of being a haunted house, the game is more of a prison.

In order to escape, the group must go to a mysterious location that is guarded by a number of “prisoners.”

The game’s trailer also features a haunting voiceover, which the publisher explains is designed to “put the players in the position of the group as they try to escape.”

“We have been working with the creators of The Dark Side for months, and we are very excited to bring the story to life,” said John Walker, the executive producer of The Darkness. 

I’ve been using horror games since I was young, and I’ve loved them.

I’ve seen them as a medium that can capture the essence of horror and a story about the human condition.

But for me, it just feels like we’re at a crossroads with the new consoles and new technology.

I think we’re just at the beginning of a new era in gaming.

I hope that these new consoles allow us to do better, and allow us not just to tell scary stories, but to do great horror games.
